who will become our USA SUP National Champions in Sprint, Technical, and 10k Races!

The USA SUP National Championships 2025 hosted by the Belle Isle Classic, is a premier stand-up paddle boarding competition that brings together top paddlers from across the country. Held on the scenic waters of the Detroit River, the event features a range of races, including sprints, distance, and technical courses, showcasing elite talent and community participation. Competitors of all levels gather to test their skills, enjoy the vibrant paddling community, and vie for national titles in an exciting, high-energy atmosphere.

No salt, no sharks, no jellyfish, and no earthquakes or hurricanes!

Can't make it to Detroit? No problem! Compete in the 5k or 10k distance race at your favorite local paddling spot! Swag bag and jersey mailed to you.

We encourage all of our SUP racers to participate in all 3 races! Even if you’ve never raced in sprints or techs, our event is made up of an awesome community for some friendly competition and there’s no better time to branch out!
